| Universal Arts work with public, private and educational institutions as consultants on festival and arts management projects. Drawing on our experience from both practitioner and management points of view spanning three decades, our consultancy has ranged from working with theatre companies on the expansion of their international reach to advising civic authorities on the development of new festival and temporary venues.
Both Tomek Borkowy and Laura Mackenzie Stuart have guest lectured on arts and venue management at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Tomek has recently been appointed as Cultural Advisor to Shu-Te University in Taiwan.
Our current work includes co-ordinating the research and development of a new festival and performing arts trade fair in two Central and Eastern European cities and a year-long project developing international cultural links for Shu-Te University.
